They are able to handle every aspect from project management and facilitation services, techno-economic studies, upgrades and optimisation plans to system design, hazard and risk analysis and site supervision. Requirements: B.Sc Degree in Environmental / Loss Prevention Engineering with at least 8 years experience in oil/gas industry in similar position with Consultant / Owner organization. Fully familiar with international standards and guidelines as well as local specific requirements to be applied for major oil/gas processing facilities during design, engineering and construction. Must have been involved in safety, HAZOP reviews during front end engineering and design phase and detailed engineering, procurement and construction phase of grass root oil refinery / revamp projects.
