This senior position is for a Personal Assistant based in the Abu Dhabi office. You will be reporting directly to the President of the company.
Job Requirements
Diary and call management International travel arrangements for the President, including accommodation, taxi bookings, flights Management of Internal and External mail, including distribution
Essential Skills Good typing speed and accuracy PC/IT literate: Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Desirable Professional secretarial/administration qualification
This position requires a certain element of travel so would suit a single candidate.Arabic Speaking is a MUST.
