Our client is a market leading Telecommuniation Specialist providing networking solutions for the Corporate and Government sector. Currently they require Key Account Managers with a proven track record in Sales within the Telecommunications Arena.
Main responsibilities:
- Lookup new business opportunities
- Build and develop commercial relationships with customers
- Provide customers with information about company and it`s portfolio, make presentations
- Sell portfolio of products and services to customers in assigned segment to ensure complex solutions.
- Active approach towards customers in identifying theirs needs
- Together with customer plan and develop his telecommunication solutions
- Coordinate activities and participate on solving customer`s issues and problems
- Maintain customer database and keep it updated
- Administration of necessary sales steps
- Close cooperation with Presales Support / Project Management Dpt. and Product Management Dpt.
- Participate on development of sales processes and strategies
Languages: English, Arabic
Experience required: 3+ years in sales position. 1+ year at level of key account manager.
Personality: Sales skills, strong customer orientation, negotiation and persuation skills, presentation skills, confidentiality, flexibility, self-management.
Education: High school diploma
