An excellent consulting company needs an experienced Senior Urban Planner to join their prestigious team in Beirut, Lebanon.
You will prepare master plans for Beirut, prepare design briefs for Developers and Design advice to Planning Control
You will primarily focus on the design framework, including concept statements and masterplans as well as securing design quality in planning applications for major development sites.
Individuals should be self motivated with a flair for Design, Urban PlanningGuidelines and Implementation for Infill Developments, Revitalization Projects, Streetscape and City and Town Center plans.
Applicants should be degree qualified and must have extensive experience in Urban Planning/ Master Planning / Public realm / Landscape projects. Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is preferred.
