A Head of Sales is required to provide sales management expertise in to the team consisting of junior and senior sales executives and support staffwith the goal of improving operational performance within the sales function.
The Head of Sales is required to perform skills analysis of the team and will be responsible for implementing new incentive schemes and bonus programmes.
You will provide support and lead from the front with regard to business development in the UAE and the rest of the GCC
Your role will include: Producing sales forecasts and weekly and monthly reports, you must have strong technology and market knowledge with excellent contacts in major operators and vendors, Develop high performance account Plans with selection of qualified channel partners and Identify effective partners in support of MEA growth initiatives for each country/customer
Minimum Qualifications: Engineering Degree/ Business qualification
Additional skills: Communication, presentation, organisation and leadership skills. Must have good personal presence and a fresh dynamic approach to business.
Proposed Salary Range - 55K - 65K (Full package)
