Our Client was established in 1959 and is one of the leading international construction groups, with world-wide diversified activities offering a full range of services in engineering and construction projects. They currently require an experienced Contract Advisor for their Ajman office. This position reports to the Regional Manager (Gulf) in Ajman, UAE, and is responsible for a range of contract support activities including: tender document review and risk assessment, drafting of tender qualifications, legal/contractual interpretation of documents, corresponding advice and support to sites, procurement activities, claims formulation/defense/negotiation, legal/contractual correspondence, insurance matters, drafting contract/subcontract documents.
The ideal candidate will be Degree qualified with several years experience, excellent knowledge of Contract Law from common law jurisdiction, good experience of claims/contract and extensive Gulf experience (ideal).
