Since then it has grown into one of the most reputed Contractors in the region.In your role you will prepare accurate and timely bid estimates on project specifications ensuring adequate return on the resources employed as well as study tender specifications and project requirements and determine special conditions that may be ambiguous, present problems or result in unforeseen costs. You will prepare tender proposal with necessary clarifications/queries, assumptions and deviations. You will also investigate job site conditions prior to bid to evaluate site accessibility and any condition that would affect construction methods and costs and invite bids from subcontractors and suppliers. You will furthermore prepare pre-bid reports and update as necessary job progress schedule in co-ordination with the Estimation Manager.
Qualifications / Technical Knowledge Required : • Graduate in Civil Engineering • Have a few years experience in the role • Site experience working on marine structures (e.g. breakwaters; jetties; quay wall's) • Experience with local
