Our client is looking for someone immediatly for the Dubai office as a Document Controller / Clerkfor the Fuels Division of their company. You will have a minimum of 3 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Main Liaison:
Internal:Project Managers, Assistants
External:Vendors, Contractors and QHSE
Prime Objective: Ensure that all project correspondence is recorded and maintained in such manner as to be protected, accurately disseminated and readily referenced by any authorised party.This is to comply with ISO 9001/2000 requirements.
Key Tasks:
" Maintain a master register of all project documents.
" Maintain change register for all projects based on information received from PM's.
" Register all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
" Archive and retrieve documents.
" Maintain project technical libraries.
" Maintain an electronic archive of all documents.
" Produce status reports.
" Assist with QA audits.
" Minute meetings.
" Manage administrative tasks for projects and staff.
" Liaise with head office admin departments.
" Receive and transmit messages to PMs

Essential:
Education and /or Experience: Minimum of 3years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Competent in English communication both oral and written
Reasoning Ability: Some ability to prioritise importance of documents, whether response is required and expected timeframe for response
Computer Skills: Proficient ability in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Desirable:
" Desired abilities- Work cooperatively with other employees, be able to travel to any Supreme office in theatre as required.
" Desired knowledge - Experience in construction document control an advantage.
