This 6 month contract has become available due to an increase in workload. Working with a leading global FMCG company your responsibilities will inclde the following:

Handling communication with internal clients i.e. contract drafts, franchise documentation, documentation requests

Preparing legal documents, authorisations,amendment letters

Litigation management

Trademark matters

Corporate secretarial dutiesDegree in Law, 3-5 years paralegal experience and ideally have own sponsorship
