Our client is a leading Arabian Gulf company specializing in fabrication, construction and maintenance services for the Oil and Gas, heavy industrial, commercial and residential sectors.The company, which began operations in 1980 has successfully executed numerous projects for clients within the Gulf region.
They are fully accredited by AIB Vincotte International with EN ISO 9001-2000. They operate a head office in Oman and have a further office in the UAE with fabrication facilities in the region
Due to their current expansion they now require the services of a degree qualified PROPOSAL MANAGER. Ideally you will have 15-years of relevant experience in Business Development activities, with a minimum of 5-years gained in the Middle East. You should be comfortable liasing with clients, preparing pre-qualification documentation and proposals, fluent in written and spoken English with knowledge of Arabic a distinct advantage.
You will be expected to prepare expression of interest documentation and company capability statements as required for business development purposes.
You will be able to seek out potential business partners for STS and potential agency opportunities for management consideration. You will also be expected to contribute to STS business planning and strategies
