Our client has been developing the design of new and existing Airports in Libya. The projects have now begun the transition from the design phase to construction.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical inspector to come and work for a major International consultancy.
As well as being proficient in your technical discipline, you must also have excellent spoken and written English, and possess the ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary, fast-paced, high-pressure organisation.
Although not mandatory, previous experience in airport projects is clearly an advantage.
Site Inspectors conduct daily inspections and monitoring of the work carried out by the Contractor.
They will, within their discipline, carry out all supervision, compiling information from the Contractor and reporting all issues to the Senior Site Engineer.
The Site inspectors will on a daily basis record and report the contractors' performance and progress.
Site Inspectors must be specialised in Electrical discipline
The specific requirements are:
* BSc in engineering from a recognised university or similar technical education
* Minimum of 5 years of experience from large, complex civil engineering and building construction projects
* High degree of technical skills and a proven track record within supervision
