My client are a prestigous EPC contractor with currently 11 projects in Abu Dhabi focusing on power, water and sewerage projects. Total value of these projects stands at 1 billion AED.
They have a very well-established contracts and proposals department and they are now urgently looking for a Contracts Manager to in effect head up the contracts/ claims department.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have 10 years plus experience in contracts administration ideally in a related field such as heavy civils, infrastructure or water and sewerage projects. Contractor side experience is preferred you must be chartered and degree qualified.
Extensive claims experience is also essential.
