Our client was founded in central Europe towards the end of the 19th century and ventured to the Middle East in the late 1950's.
Since then it has grown into one of the most reputed Contractors in the region.In your role you will study and provide accurate quantities from drawings and support the estimation department concerning all issues affecting the financial outcome of the project. You will draft early stage budgets and detailed cost plans and minimize contractual and commercial risk as well as provide support to the tendering process by obtaning quotes from subcontractors and perform cost value reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil engineering - Marine Work experience - strong commercial acumen - experience in working for Contractors - knowledge of tender cycle - Computer literate (AutoCad and MS Office)
