Our client is looking for a tenacious, pro-active and driven Business Development Manager for their Dubai office. You must have a strong knowledge of Vilter Gas Compression equiptment and systems, have 8-10 years experience including the Middle East and Africa and be an Engineering graduate in preferably Mechanical/Electrical or Chemical.

• Develop Product and Application expertise in Vilter gas compression equipment and systems, as well as Copeland Specialty Scroll product offerings, commensurate with sales leadership role for these products in the region.
• Responsible for profitable gas compression sales growth (sales revenue volume and target gross margin) in Middle East and Africa (MEA) sales region.
• Evaluate existing channels to market, grow business with existing customers, identify new business opportunities and/or channels to market, and grow business with new customers/packagers as well as into new applications.
• Assess and quantify (size and growth rates) gas compression market segments and develop, communicate, and execute strategies and initiatives to grow our business in each of the segments.
• Create Differentiation (Product, Service, Solutions) and Application-Based Presentations based upon regional focus. Coordinate with all managers and divisions to ensure common and effective message is communicated to the market.
• Conduct product seminars and/or training to internal and external customers. Training should communicate product capabilities, product strengths, application requirements, and competitive advantages of our gas compression products.
• Internal coordination with sales support/SSD team for order processing and management.
• Deliver regular updated analyses to MEA/Global Team and coordinate all marketing communications activities related to Gas Compression Business in the region.
• Assist new project launches for MEA Region with SSD, Vilter Team.
• Identify market requirements for product enhancement or product development.
• Manage and coordinate with distribution channel throughout the MEA region.
• Support aftermarket activities of product sold into the region including warranty, service and parts sales to ensure that a strong brand identity is communicated to the market.

• BE/BS -Engineering graduate preferably in Mechanical/Electrical or Chemical
• Minimum 8 - 10 years experience on a similar level.
