A well-established company is seeking a Manager of Roads, Structure and Facilities to join their team.
The main responsibilities of this role are to deliver and maintain road structures and technologies systems with all associated facilities to the highest standards and to carry out related activities either internally or by use of contractors including management and evaluation of consultants and contractors.
The ideal candidate will have broad road structures and building facilities maintenance experience and familiarity with the inspection procedures in Dubai. Data analysis, road structure techniques, safety, site development review, traffic, road structure and building facilities maintenance and operation management will also be essential. Arabic speakers will be at an advantage.
