Our client is a leading Arabian Gulf company specializing in fabrication, construction and maintenance services for the Oil and Gas, heavy industrial, commercial and residential sectors.The company, which began operations in 1980 has successfully executed numerous projects for clients within the Gulf region.
They are fully accredited by AIB Vincotte International with EN ISO 9001-2000. They operate a head office in Oman and have a further office in the UAE with fabrication facilities in Al-Khuwair and Sohar
Due to their current expansion they now require the services of a degree qualified Project manager.Ideally you will have 15-years of relevant experience in Project management for onshore Oil and Gas construction, with a minimum of 5-years gained in the Middle East. You should be fluent in written and spoken English with knowledge of Arabic a distinct advantage. You will be responsible for the contract profitability, quality and work schedule. You will be expected to control the cost / expenses of the division to meet productivity targets. You will be expected to review contracts and tender documentation clarifying any gray points the client may have. You will also be expected to participate actively in implementation of HSE Management by site visits, audits, inspections and meetings
