Our client is a leading Arabian Gulf company specializing in fabrication, construction and maintenance services for the Oil and Gas, heavy industrial and commercial sectors.Our client has successfully executed numerous projects for clients within the Gulf region and are now looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced HSE Manager.
You will be educated to a degree level (BSc Eng; B Tech; BE Grad) with a minimum of 10-years relevant experience in HSE Management for onshore oil and gas construction. You should have a minimum of 5-years Middle East experience.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; maintainence of HSE management systems on the project(s); develop and implement a suitable training program(s); prepare and review monthly HSE statistic reports; visit sites to verify HSE activities and report progress; provide logistical support to site HSE advisers.
You will be fluent in written and spoken English with knowledge of spoken Arabic a definate advantage. You will preferrably have PDO experience in a similar post and will have attended HSE training courses such as: HSE Induction; H2S awareness; HSE Management of Contracts; Incident Investigation; STOP; Occupational Health.
You will be computer literate with good management skills. Ideally you will be available to start in 1-month
