My client is a leading telecommunication solution provider that offers a variety of turnkey solutions for telecom operators in the Middle East and Africa. With local presence in most countries of the MEA region, we fully support the operators` business from the planning phase to full operation. Services include GSM/CDMA network planning and rollout, installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance, Quality of service monitoring, Revenue assurance and Fraud management, network security, value added services (VAS), GIS applications and help desk.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, develops and implements organization policies and goals
Achieve the sales target for assigned business unit
Coordinates activities of divisions or departments such as technical support, presales, sales,
and support functions to effect operational efficiency and economy
Directs and coordinates promotion of products and services to develop new markets,
increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry
Analyzes division or department budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can
be made, and allocates operating budget
Confers with administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating, and sales reports to
determine changes in programs or operations required
Directs preparation of directives to division or department administrator outlining policy,
program, or operations changes to be implemented
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and
negotiating and closing deals
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed
client base expansion
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote products and services
Qualifications
BSc in Engineering. Post graduate studies is an asset
15 years of relevant experience
Good command of English Language
Good leadership skills including problem solving and decision making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent strategic planner and thinker
Competent in computer skills (MS Office Application and Oracle ERP Systems)General Manager (EGYPTIAN NATIONAL)
Directs and coordinates activities of business to obtain maximum profitability and efficiency of oporations.
