My client are one of the largest exhibition organisers in the Middle East and is the name behind some of the biggest trade exhibitions in the region, an international exhibition and publishing company that produces more than 300 market-leading trade exhibitions, consumer shows and fairs each year and publishes 45 related magazines, directories and market reports. Employing more than 700 people, my client maintains a worldwide presence through more than 30 offices in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, the United Arab Emirates, China, Australia, New Zealand, India and Singapore.

My client are looking for a Marketing Executive who will play a pivotal support role for all visitor and exhibitor marketing and PR communications campaigns across a portfolio of major international trade exhibitions which are staged annually at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working alongside the Event Management Team, he / she will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of all online and offline marketing activities. Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, he / she will develop relationships with clients, industry bodies, the media and internal customers and coordinate all activities with suppliers.

Vacancy Details:

* Work with the Marketing Manager to develop high impact marketing campaigns incorporating direct marketing, advertising, PR and e-marketing
* Coordinate and brief projects with third party suppliers including creative and PR agencies, print and direct marketing fulfillment bureaus, registration company, web service provider etc.
* Proof copy for print and electronic publication
* Update and manage website content
* Action all media plans and deliverables in a timely manner
* Execute advertising campaigns, monitor and track effectiveness
* Identify and develop media partnerships and negotiate advertising contras
* Maintain marketing budgets and invoices for each exhibition product
* Collate and produce PR and Marketing Guides
* Undertake research projects, conduct post event analysis and collate reports
* Attend all events, provide general administrative support and ad hoc projects as required

The Ideal Candidate:

* The successful candidate has excellent time and project management skills and relates to people at all levels in a confident and articulate manner.

* You will possess excellent written English and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, have good computer literacy, particularly with Word, Power point, Excel, Outlook and Database Management and want to develop a long term career in Marketing.
