Manage the planning ofthemulti-modal and integrated freight transport network/ systems in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

•Manage and oversee the instigation of thefeasibility and planning studies, up to concept design stage for major freight transport infrastructure project.

•Oversee the preparation of the long-range and integrated freight transport master plans encompassing multi-modal networks, facilities and supporting infrastructure.

•Administer the development freight policies and regulations proposals.

•Lead the division in determining the roles of public and private sectors in freight transport provision and management and freight transport industry ownership and structure.

•Oversee the development of request for qualifications (RFQ) and request for proposals (RFP)

•Oversee the development and implementation of UAE National development programmes within the Freight Division

•Propose divisional budget in coordination with the Section Heads of the Freight Division. Freight Planning and Freight Policies.

•Knowledge of the Strategic Planning and Policies of the Freight Division

•Knowledge ofUAE regulations and standards in Freight Operations

•Knowledge ofinternational regulations and standards in Freight Operations

•Minimum of a Bachelors Degree or equivalent

•A minimumyears of relevant experience

Preferably bilinguals: Arabic/English.
