The purpose of this role is to provide integrated and strategic support to the Leisure & Entertainment business development via the management of market research, implementation of corporate strategies and identification of additional operational sites and business framework models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of strategic objectives and corporate strategy for the Leisure & Entertainment Division • Develop and update strategic plans, policies and procedures including the relevant planning tools and templates • Identify and secure sites within the region for Leisure & Entertainment product offerings • Provide input into strategic planning decisions • Ensure the design, technical quality and performance specification of the projects achieve operational asset management brief • Develop strategic and competitive analysis on new business opportunities or acquisition targets • Produce regular market, competitive and risk analysis reports to support decision making processes, strategic initiatives and performance benchmarking • Conduct high value-added research to support strategic projects and feasibility studies • Develop and implement a Leisure & Entertainment targeted franchise model • Initiate new business opportunities that leverage the existing Leisure & Entertainment portfolio
My client is seeking candidates who are degree educated with extensive experience in business development and site acquisition within the Real Estate, Retail and Leisure/Entertainment sectors. Candidates should have expertise in strategy and delivery of various business growth models, JV's, Franchise and third party developments as well as be able to manage multiple projects covering multiple locations.
Salary: Up to AED 50,000/- per month + Family Benefits
