On behalf of my client, I am seeking a degree educated, bilingual (English & Arabic) Receptionist with 3 years experience in an administration/receptionist role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming visitors to the office; ensuring courteous welcome and prompt information is provided to company staff for scheduled meetings with visitors
Ensure the reception and lobby areas are kept tidy and presentable at all times
Manage and route all incoming calls to relevant company staff and take messages in staff absence
Book conference rooms as required and periodically update the employee phone database
Coordinate couriers and incoming and outgoing mail
Salary: AED 6,000/- per month + Annual Ticket + Medical
