Our client a global brand in insurance is seeking to hire a Emarati Receptionistto co-ordinate all reception services and duties (internalexternal) demonstrating the ability to execute in an effective manner and ensuring highest quality at all times for the reception desk in their Dubai Office. Your main job responsibilities would include

• Answering all incoming calls within 3-4 rings in a courteous and professional manner, handle callers inquiries wherever possible or transfer to the relevant departmentperson
• Redirecting calls appropriately and take clear messages when required. Messages should be emailed to the concerned person at the same time
• Greeting and assisting all visitors to the office and inform concerned departmentsperson of their arrival if applicable
• Receiving incoming mailscouriers and ensuring that is is registered and distributed or as indicated, within the same day. Also ensuring that it gets sent the same day if received before the agreed cut off time of 4p.m
• Managing the collection and distribution ofinternal mail between the companie's offices at the agreed set times
• Receiving cheques from F and A, and being extremely organized in the execution of this task
• Receiving cheques from the customers ,issuing the required receipt and arranging to send the required payments to the Fand A within the same day as per the company procedure
• Co-ordinating with the suppliers of maintainance and delivery of items like photocopiers, printers, faxes, AC, Water etc
• Perform other duties as required.
To be successful in this role you should have a degree from a recognized institution and at least 2-3 years of experience of working as a Receptionist in a busy office. You should have excellent written and oral skills in English and Arabic would an advantage. You should have excellent interpersonal and Computer skills in Ms Office, Excel and power point. You should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle your tasks accurately and independently.
