Our client, a major telecommunications solutions supplier, has a vacancy for an experienced Account Manager in the Professional Services division.
The main responsibilities of the role are to create and develop new business opportunities within Professional Services sales, understanding the necessary commercial, operational and technical needs of the customer.
The position is responsible for managing both internal processes and optimising profitability for existing contracts whilst identifying new opportunities.Previous Managed and Professional Services experience is ESSENTIAL in this role - ideally 8 years plus.
A knowledge of the ME region is preferred, with Arabic language skills a strong advantage.
A confident and pro-active sales approach, teamed with a knowledge ofinternet business and IP products and technologies is ideal, along with experience in a similar telecommunications multinational.
The role will require some travel and the Account Manager will need to reside in Abu Dhabi.
