Our client, the worldâ??s leading airport is urgently seeking to recruit Airside Operations Duty Manager.Job Purpose: The Head of Compliance/Assuranceâ??s role is to be responsible to the VP Airside Operations for compliance and standards issues relating to the Aerodrome License issued by the GCAA. Responsible for the Airside Safety Management System, Monitoring, Auditing, and Reviewing the adequacy and effectiveness of airside safety in accordance with the companyâ??s Managing Responsibly System, Safety Regulation Group, Ministry for transport and other regulatory requirements. In addition, to ensure that the Airside environment is safe for our staff and business partners to operate within and for our customers to travel through. Requirements: â?¢ Experience of leading teams â?¢ 10 to 15 years experience within the Aviation industry â?¢ Experienced in a management position within a service delivery organization â?¢ Strong ability in developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve objectives â?¢ Sound commercial background â?¢ Experience of operating under the GCAA/DCAA and statutory legal requirements will be required â?¢ Must be educated to degree level or equivalent â?¢ A valid UAE Driving license and full maneuvering area driving license will be requiredExcellent package awaits successful candidate.
