Our client, a leading and multinational German brand in the field of built-in appliance with its own office in Dubai is urgently seeking to recruit Sales Manager.The Role:
- Responsible for the entire sales for the UAE, according the corresponding Budget and goals
- Responsible for developing the sales through the two sales channels we have: Retail Department (kitchen shops, appliances shops, and shopping centres) and Project Department.
- Responsible of the Sales Department: Coordination, motivation, supervision of the present team of sales consultants (different nationalities) and the future recruitments
- In coordination with the Service Department, he will be responsible for planning and supervising the customer satisfaction
- In coordination with the Marketing Manager, he will coordinate and participate in events, promotions, exhibition , and any marketing activities necessary to support the sales
- In coordination with the Financial Department, he will prepare the budget for the Sales Department and will supervise and control it during the year
Requirements:
- Nationality: Europeans, Westerns or Indians
- Must have strong and solid experience in Sales in a Kitchen or built-in appliances, home appliances and electronics appliances
- Must be excellent in English communicationExcellent package awaits successful candidate.
