A multinational security company based in Qatar is looking for a candidate to work as a Contracts Coordinator for its firms. The ideal candidate must have bachelor degree in arts, business administration or law and minimum 3 years experience is required in the same field. He should have good knowledge of contract database, document tracking, analysis, administration and all associated files. Preparation amendments and extensions of contracts. Participate and provide support for initiatives such as contract management, project management as directed. He should provide assistance in procurement for high-value/ high-risk projects .Examines performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs to ensure completeness/accuracy. Coordinate work of sales department to implement fulfillment of contracts. Prepares progress reports/other reports that may be required and distribute reports/statistical data to facilitate planning/maintenance of accurate contract records files
