Our client, a global specialty pharmaceutical and medication delivery company, is seeking aLogistics Administrator to handle the administration activities related to marketing and distribution of niche pharmaceutical and device products throughout the Middle East and North Africa.Your responsibilities will include Liaising with customer service, warehouse and freight forwarder teams for timely export shipments to existing customers and partners throughout the Middle East and North African countries Managing export documentation for timely shipments Arranging certificate of origins and legalization of export documentation from respective consulates Liaising with regional warehouses and freight forwarders for import shipments Assisting the finance department in relation to compiling monthly freight bills Maintaining KPIs and OTD reports with freight forwarder Compiling reports detailing business issues and matters Updating SAP with Customs Bill of Entry (BoE) details Assisting customer service and warehouse teams as and when the need arises.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience as a Logistics Administrator.
