The Head of Property/Facilities Management is seeking a Senior Total FM to report into the Beachfront General Manager to manage day to day operations with regards to a large number of service groups and sub-contractors.
The mobilisation for this large scale project is in November and requires someone to tender and manage all service groups, Cleaning, Security, MEP, Landscaping for all public areas as well as future Events.Requires an energetic and enthusiastic leader to establish a successful team managing the overall budget and ensuring that Health and Safety is a focus as well as service delivery.
Preferably a professional who is currently in the Middle East with a strong Commercial understanding and experience working on complex developments such as Hotels, Hospitals not just Residential.
To manage all SLA's and KPI's and have strong written and spoken English language skills.Also must possess strong Customer Service skills and a personable manner.

* At least 5 years experience asa Total Facilities Manager
* Must have proven experience within Soft Servive and Hard Service FM
* Essential to have managed a large number of out sourced contractors
* Experience essential managing Cleaning, Security, MEP, Lanscaping contracts and to have proven budget control
* Required to have tendered for services and to have had overall budget control
* Must be willing to manage a beach front development and be out of the office 85% of the time
* Preferably with help desk experience
* Preferably to have worked for large scale Water Parks and Beach front developments in the Middle East
* Preferably with Commercial background to understand the management of public members rather thank just employees
