A Global Company with mixed-use developments are now managing their Engineering team via aprogressive newly established Facilities Management team.Projects are Airside as well as staff accommodation. The VP of Facilities Management is seeking a dynamic Commercial Building Controller/Facilities Manager to take ownership airside for the Lounges and communal public areas. Required to run operations within the Airport and understand restrictions and the challenging working environment. Must have worked for a high end customer focused project as a Chief Engineer/FM for the hub of operations.Required to act as a client interface at the highest level of standard delivery and then to be willing to act hands on and fix issues immediately. This is a role that requires an energetic individual who is willing to be forward thinking and creative and improve services by managing complaints smoothly. Must have been an Engineer previously and willing to work in Abu Dh* Must have a strong MandE background with the ability to be hands on and act under pressure * Preferably experience working on an Airport or Hotel * Must have an impressive character with strong interpersonable skills * Must be willing to act as a client representative and then to be hands on when required * Willing to occassionally work long hours to work to deadlines * Experience with tool procurement * Experience dealing with VIP clients
