Our client is a leading high net worth individual and a global entrepreneurial business person.Currently, he owns prestigious property portfolios in the UK as well as internationally and is experiencing rapid growth.This expansion has created a fantastic opportunity for an Arabic speaking "hands on" Project Manager to be based in Jeddah to work on two high-end projects which include a residential villa and commercial office/retail development.
The Role
Effectively communicate with the Principal on all matters, including interiors and furnishings.
Manage the projects from beginning to end.
Prepare cost plans and tender documents.
Manage bid process.
Evaluate, negotiate and appoint contractors, architects and consultants.
Produce and review contract documents.
Daily onsite management of projects.
Work within an approved budget and deadlines.
Maintain productive and successful relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
The Candidate
Minimum 10 years experience.
Recent Jeddah experience preferred.
Must be able to read, write and speak Arabic and English fluently.
"Hands On" "End to End" management.
Highly skilled, flexible and self motivated project manager and co-ordinator.
Proven background in project management of similar sized quality developments.
Working knowledge of local statutory and construction regulations in KSA.
Excellent communication and cross cultural interpersonal skills.
Highly organised and uses a structured approach.
Professional academic credentials required.
