Operations Manger - Maintenance and Services required with my client in Oman. The purpose of this role is to head up a new Operations and Maintenance Contract with a world renowned university. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with Middle East experience in Facilities Management in a large site of Operation and Maintenance of HospitalsUniversity Complexes.The successful candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum of 10 years experience in a Senior Engineering Management position, of which a minimum of 7 years must be handling Operations and Maintenance projects. You must have exposure to handling the Operation and Maintenance services with a staff strength of over 400, in a large Electro Mechanical and Civil operations and maintenance site. Exposure to Civil refurbishment works in a must along with exposure to Electro Mechanical maintenance activities.
