A multinational security company based in Qatar is looking for an arabic/english speaking candidate to work as a Training Manager for their firm. The ideal candidate should be graduate in security management/ business administration or HR management with 5 years experience in security guard training. Cover all aspects of training development and have previous experience in security guard training field. Candidate should be well versed in written and spoken arabic/english. Lead the corporate training, development efforts to the optimize effectiveness of the company, expatriate human capital. Negotiate and established with key policy makers the role of education, training development in the company. Work closely with the senior management to develop, design and implement high level strategic initiatives with impact on the companyâ??s climate, talent management and performance.
