Based in Al Khobar (close to Bahrain) Saudi Arabia and reporting to the General Manager, the QA/QC Manager will be responsible for managing the QA/QC function of our clients catering services business.
You will administer and control the company's QA/QC activities and maintain the Company ISO 9001 and Safety Certifications. You will manage the Internal Quality Audit Programme, lead the further development of the Company's Quality Management System through quality initiatives to include Six Sigma. You will also be responsible for developing consulting services to cater to the local market for Quality and Safety in the food industry.
 To qualify you will have a minimum of 15 years experience of which 5 years should have been spent in a similar position and experience and exposure to TQM/ISO/HACCP is essential. You will be qualified to degree level (ideally Microbiologist) or have a food safety and quality certification. You will have audit training experience and ideally Balridge Award training and have prior experience of Six Sigma (black belt preferred)
