Our client, an international engineering company are currently seeking a, Personal Assistant who will support the head of the Middle East region.The position will include some business development as well as HR depending on the ideal candidates experience. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to managing the diaries of the CEO, arranging meetingshotel bookingflights, writing correspondences, organizing files and representing the manager in meetingsevents when needed. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the office especially while the manager is on a business trip. Responsibilities

If you are carrying out business development you will be working closely with the regional BD team in Dubai to produce bid documents, pull together information, format documents, binding and arranging for printing for client ready documents.
The HR responsibilities include producing confidential letters, contracts, admin and all people related office issues.The successful candidate should have a degree or diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably gained from a multinational company. You should be fluent in English language and proficient in using Microsoft Office packages i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. You should be organised, hardworking, flexible and fast-learner with the ability to work in a busy environment with less supervision.
