Preparation and issue of the company's annual legal balance sheet. Responsibility of financial operations such as APAR, fixed assets, general ledger and personnel cost accounting. Hasresponsibility of VAT,statutory accounts, and transfer pricing policies.Responsible for the direction of financial controls to support country objectives, including all aspects of profit centre accounting and control, cost and operation analysis, administrative systems and procedures in adherence with prescribed country and corporatedivision policies and regulations.Directs and controls the financial cost accounting. Coordinates inventory control (if applicable), billing and reporting. Maintains strong, effective and efficient bank relations.Controls and handles treasury and company fundsActs also as legal support in contract revisions and as company representative towards different entities of private and public sectors.
