Our client, a multinational company involved in the supply of specialised products for the banking industry, is seeking aLegal Executive . Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for performing legal research and summarising legal information.Your responsibilities will include
Providing legal assistance on issues of all kinds of contracts and agreements, from initial draft to execution, with the company (sales, purchase, service etc) Monitoring contracts through the contracting cycle, liaising with relevant staff, and maintaining a contracts database Performing risk assessment (both operative and strategic) related to business and reviewing and challenging output as well as escalating issues as appropriate Providing advice, guidance, training and subject matter expertise on Operational risks Performing the legal checking and risk assessment of tenders and external imposed contracts, which are not in compliance with the company standards Performing Legal assistance for legal disputes related to the company (HR, complaints, non-abidance to contracts and commitment of performance) Co-ordinating the activities with local lawyers and legal department of mother company Co-ordinating with the labour department regarding labour issues Preparing and updating all matters regarding to Court Cases, if any Performing legal research and summarising legal information beneficial for the company and staff
