Our client, an International law firm based in Abu Dhabi is looking for aLegal Secretaryfor their Abu Dhabi office. Directly reporting to the Legal Manager, your main responsibility will be to provide a wide range of secretarial, administrative and legal office procedures on an assigned or a floating basis for multiple lawyers and legal staff members.Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to-Answer and screen a high volume of incoming telephone calls Answer and direct complex inquiries to appropriate staff member or lawyerlegal staff keeping information confidential when necessary Serves as a liaison between administrative departments and lawyerlegal staff in the Firm Opens, reviews and sorts according to priority all incoming correspondence Heavy typing, transcribing of dictation, drafting and editing of text from rough drafts Transcribe and distribute minutes of the meeting Compose draft of letters, memos, proofread and faxes as well as editing all documentation Copies and distribute routine, as well as confidential memos, letters, faxes and various legal documents. The ideal candidate should have a Degree in any relevant field with a strong background in Banking, Finance or Legal industry preferably in an International Law firm and experience in audio typing is a plus. Dynamic, flexible, and proactive and can work independently in a fast-pace environment and ability to perform duties of a responsible and confidential nature is the must. Excellent communication skill in English and computer literacy are essential
