Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is urgently seeking a Temporary Database Analyst to join the team for a period of 2 months. You would be assisting the Financial Planning and Analysis department to design and implement data-warehouse from cross-functional data sources, using Access and ODBC linking in order to generate desirable reports.Your other job responsibilities would include

Assisting the FP and A Manager to design and implement data-warehouse from cross-functional data sources, using Access and ODBC linking in order to generate desirable reports
Maintaining effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities, and people
Working effectively with team or work group or those outside formal line of authority (eg. associates, senior managers) to accomplish organizational goals
Making active attempts to influence events to achieve goals self-starting rather than accepting passively
Generating creative solutions to work situations and trying different and novel ways to deal with organizational problems and opportunities

Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas.
The ideal candidate should be holding a ProfessionalAcademicals Degree from a reputed institute and have knowledge of Advanced-level Excel (Pivot, Macro, Advance formulas, etc.), Advanced-level Access (Queries creation, Reports designing, Controls, Macros, Modules, etc.).You should have experience on Full ETL process having designed and implemented data warehouses and also experience in designing and implementing ETL processes from cross-functional data sources. The candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills and working knowledge in CrystalXcelsius reports would also be an added advantage.

The successful candidate would be required to join immediately and hence candidates on father's or husband's sponsorship would be highly preferred.
