Our client,is a market-leading and rapidly growing global provider of wireless network planning, optimisation and performance management products and services to mobile telecoms operators is currently seeking to recruit Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Regional Product Operations to be based in Dubai Internet City.

You will support the Account Managers with technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the company suite of software tools in order to achieve the product sales target. The (SPSE) understands the Customer's specific needs and is able to propose the best technical solution using our products.

Responsibilities and Duties

Be actively involved in the Sales' RFP process. Standardise and adopt bestPractices

Assist Account Managers with Technical Demos, Workshops and Short Trials

Assist Account Managers in the full selling cycle for all customers in the Middle East.

Assist Account Managers with Technical advice and guidance on company's Tools

Visit Customer sites to gather their requirements and propose the best technical solution

Visit Customer sites to gather customer information to assist Account

Managers in target product selling based on Network environment.

Develop competitor's regional product analyses that provide market intelligence to Account Managers and Product Directors

Promote key features of our products in order to help the Sales process.

Help present our products in the best possible light

Promote the Tools Competence Development of company regional offices

Provide feedback to product Directors in order to develop the tool features that the market demands

Promote the integration of the Enterprise tools

Provide Systems Support in the form of technical presentation, demos, videos, etc.

Preparation and development of SOW (Scope of works) for Account Managers

Preparation and compiling of all RFP documents required in a response

Bid Manager for the RFP in line with Bid to cash process adopted by the company

Preparation and suggesting of hardware requirements for all existing and new customers.

Specific Requirements

A Telecommunications-related Engineering degree (or equivalent)
Good knowledge of Mobile communications software tools.
Good understanding of the day to day technical activities and issues of mobile network operators
Ability to effectively convey hisher technical know-how to customers
Availability to travel frequently for short periods of time
