Our client, is a diversified technology and manufacturing leader, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services control technologies for buildings, homes and industry automotive products turbochargers and specialty materials is currently seeking to recruit Sales Manager
PURPOSE
You will promote the sales of company ECC products portfolio through the System Integrators and Trade Partners in Western Province KSA. You will ensure that annual personal and department sales volume and distribution objectives are achieved in terms of bookings, billings, operating profit.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop, maintain the relationships with allocated partners and potential customers accounts across WP- KSA by monitoring customer purchases and negotiating orders to maximize sales potential.
Following up undergoing and upcoming projects in WP-KSA with contractors and ensure that allocated partners bid to these projects and follow up thereafter to secure orders to Honeywell ECC products and systems.
Maintaining the relationship and continuously visiting MEP consultants in WP-KSA to market and specify Honeywell ECC products and systems, and actively seek new business opportunities inline with department targets.
Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets.
Provide commercial and marketing support for WP- KSA partners by conducting presentations and demonstrations as required and actively promoting new products and systems.
Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and communicate information to the Area Sales Manager.
Has a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
CRITICAL SKILLS
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3-6 years experience in sales account management (BMS , LV industries)
Good exposure to KSA contractors and consultants.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of computer applications, MS or related.
This is a highly responsible and dynamic position you must be extremely pro-active, have good judgment and be able to make sound decisions under pressure with the aim to deliver positive results.
