A leading Total Facilities Service provider company have a newly created vacancy for a facilities manager. The role is for an FM manager based in the UAE to manage all the residential properties owned by the company. The properties range from large family villas to smaller apartments.
The ideal candidate for the role will have managed FM for residential properties previously and understand the nature of successfully FM in the Middle East. A technical background and understanding is important, knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering is important, but a degree is not essential.
Key skills needed:
1. Proven track record within facilities management for residential properties. 2. Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) plus Hindi is a bonus. 3. The ability to empathise with clients and provide a good service. 4. Heath and Safety knowledge.
