Our client a multinational insurance company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to handle the operations for their offices based in Lebanon.Your main job responsibilities would include
Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships by seeking customer requirements and creating customer solutions Supporting and exceeding the business goals and objectives Building the market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships and sales opportunities with direct clients and brokers. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience of working as a Business Development Manger in the Lebanon market and a University degree in a related area or an additional professional insurance qualification would be an added advantage. You should have good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
