Large government authority is seeking highly experienced rail industry professionals for maintenance positions in Dubai. There is a current opening for a Rail E and M Chief Engineer.
You will be responsible for mentoring the Rail Systems Maintenance Manager and for initiating, follow-up, and co-ordination of all rail systems maintenance initiatives and activities with rail maintenance functions including signalling, track and communications systems. In addition you will effectively manage and communicate the Rail Systems Maintenance objectives and targets, programmes and performance, and ensure that the contractor complies with all regulations, as well as develop an annual budget and forecast, monitor, implement, evaluate and recommend specific adjustments during the implementation of project needs.
