A well known, family owned and run Dubai based Retail and Property Company have a newly created vacancy for a chief Operations Officer. This is a pivotal role within the company and requires a professional Middle Eastern based candidate. Reporting into the CEO the successful candidate will be required to implement all of the policies and procedures across the portfolio and maintain the high standards set by the CEO and the board. This is a senior manager position and requires strong management skills, marketing, leasing, operations and HR departments will all report directly into this position and the successful candidate must be able to manage this appropriately.
The ideal background you will come from is a Property/ Real Estate/ Retail Operations for a reputable family run company in the Middle East such with knowledge of the following:
1. Property Management, Leasing, Rentals and Sales. 2. Facilities Management, Operational FM, Maintenance, Engineering. 3. Project management. 4. Management, you MUST be able to manage and motivate teams and contractor.
Your communication skills need to be excellent with the ability to produce reports, collate information, manage budgets and think outside the box when it comes to saving and generating money.
