Our client is currently seeking to engage a Programs Director forsenior level role based out of Qatar.This position is responsible for managing the strategic aspects of our clients large scale operations and acts as an interface between the project operations and the senior management. This role is essentiallyinvolves the ability to perform complex project planning exercises for large projects, and the ability to perform and evaluate feasibility studies of projects. The successful candidate will also have strong organizational skills and will have the ability to manage various projects as well as being ableto work in teams of multidisciplinary backgrounds .
BE in mechanical, electrical or Civil engineering or equivalent diploma 15 +years work experience in the real estate and construction industry, preferably in the Middle East Proficiency in both Arabic and English
