This role would be dealing with Obstruction Lighting products throughout the ME Region.

Position Description
Position : Sales Manager - Obstruction Lighting
Reporting to:Sales Director
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of market share, products and or/services. This embraces strategies covering the introduction of the new product line, incremental growth within the presently established markets, and market development in targeting growth regions.
2. In association with the Sales Director, develop annual and long term action plans to ensure that Cooper targets for growth in the assigned territories are met.
3. Ensure timely, accurate quotations of the project quotes in assigned areas.
4. Prepare accurate and timely sales analysis on a monthly basis to provide management with information relating to Sales results and forecasts.
5. Provide technical backup to ensure client design approval is secured along with commissioning support (as required) for the ongoing projects and the installed base in the region of concern.
6. Effectively manage the design and implementation of the projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth completion and handover.
7. Liaise with the Local Authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals required for Cooper products.
8. Maintain effective customer relations with Consultants, Contactors and End users to ensure and achieve the desired market position for the products.
9. Provide advice and guidance to the management regarding product requirements for the target markets with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable market growth.
10. Undertake Distributor management to ensure client satisfaction and the outgoing serviceability of safety critical equipment.
