Our client one of the UAE’s fastest growing corporate brands is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi working as part of the Facilities Management team.

You will be responsible for implementing all Corporate Health and Safety procedures sitting within the FM team. You will be required to be a pro-active and diplomatic individual and take ownership for all corporate Health & Safety issues as well as internal employees across multiple sites.

University educated with and professionally qualified with BIFM or NEBOSH/IOSH, you will have 10+ years experience in a corporate Health & Safety environment, ideally within an FM team responsible for a property portfolio, NOT an onsite construction HSE role. Start up experience is essential as is someone who is a forward thinker who can provide various members of internal staff as well as external staff with solutions. You must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to bridge cultural gaps whilst educating very Senior Members of Management as well as all levels of staff in various divisions not just the FM team.
