Our client is one of the UAE’s fastest growing corporate brands.

The Commercial Property Controller is required to run operations at a prestigious series of building on behalf of our client. As this is a restricted area this role requires someone with a certain amount of patience due to timings with tool approvals for example as well as contractors (as these have to be registered with the police/security services.) Must possess strong customer service skills and will sit within the hub of operations which will be a challenging role. Essential to have a technical background and have the capabilities to act within a capacity of two very different professionals, as an interface between our client and the public and then to act on their own initiative; to be hands on and fix small minor works if required.

It is essential to have the ability to manage complaints in an efficient and highly professional manner and to interact with VIP clients. It is essential to have an energetic manner and willing to literally be hands on when required, not afraid to suggest and produce new ideas to improve service delivery however must be willing understand the initial challenges. To eventually manage re-tendering of sub-contractors and take ownership of this complex series of buildings on behalf of our client.

Preferably this individual would have exposure to either the 5* Hotel Industry, Airports or similar complex developments (Engineering Department) where interaction with internal staff and external clients occurs daily. You must have had experience of dealing with VIP clients to be considered for this role.
