Regional HR Director ( UAE): Our client a multinational UK based company is looking to recruit Westerner National Female Candidate to work as a Regional HR Director for their Operation in North & west Africa, Candidate would be based in the UAE . The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of HR strategy and minimum standards policies within the region. In addition the role is accountable for driving a programme of significant organizational change across the North, West Africa region .The successful incumbent is a results-driven individual with a proven track record in delivering on corporate expectations, demonstrating a high degree of commercial acumen and able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the HR and operational goals of the organisation. Some other Key responsibilities would be ,To implement the G4S Regional HR strategy,â?To proactively manage the relationship with the business managers through consultation and advice centred on strong knowledge and experience of Resourcing, Development, and Employee Relations .To ensure the implementation of core HR processes and minimum standards. To ensure that the HR agenda supports and enhances the businessâ?? goals for the sub region To asses and define the impact of external factors on the business and develop pro active plans of action in consultation with the Regional HR Director and Regional Managing Director. To influence the principle managers (e.g. Country Manager, Managing Director) and their business teams within the region in order to achieve the desired outcomes and the implementation of policy and practice. Manages implementation of Regional HR goals through detailed project plans with associated interdependencies,Applies strong diagnostic and analytical skills,To network with the broader HR community across the sub region and wider business to identify expertise and best practises and apply it to HR issues,To deliver management training ,To assist in the management of change by looking for opportunities to create and deliver value adding initiatives at a business level. To coach Management and facilitate management interactions such as developmental and performance reviews To resolve conflicts and solve interpersonal problems,Assessment of organisational structures and assist with organisational design and development, Restructuring, Management and team development,Competency / capability analysis, System / process design, Management Recruitment to Middle Management , Successful Candidate must have of Experience at Director level, managing the human resources function for a country-wide organization, Successful change management experience at a senior level, Strong diagnostic, analytical and management skills, Experience in the implementation of longer-term HR strategies, Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills, Capable of working effectively and productively with team members, Knowledge of the development and implementation of policies and procedures, Experienced in living and working in a professional commercial capacity overseas, Ability to maintain strong ethical and professional values, The ability to operate in diverse cultural environments, Flexibility and adaptability to rapid environmental changes, Proficient in the ability to understand problems, situations and the reasons behind them, crossing the barriers of languages and cultures,Autonomous and results orientated, with a clear determination to succeed.
